Emerging Designers Textile Showcase

The Emerging Designers Textile Showcase highlights the work of senior textile design students in the fashion and textile design (FTD) program at the Wilson College of Textiles, celebrating the culmination of a semester-long capstone experience rooted in exploration, experimentation and refinement. Designers navigate the balance between creative freedom and creative discipline while leveraging access to state-of-the-art labs and studios. Collections span home textiles, apparel, fiber art and more.

Event Details 

The Emerging Designers Textile Showcase will be showcased in Room 2225 in the Textiles Campus on NC State’s Centennial Campus, 1020 Main Campus Drive, Raleigh.

The Emerging Designers Textile Showcase Opening is on Sunday, April 19 from 3 to 5 p.m. The event is open to the public and free for all! 

The Textile Showcase will also be open:

• Monday, April 20, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Tuesday, April 21, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Wednesday, April 22, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Emerging Designers Textile Showcase – Exhibition Walkthrough with the designers is on Wednesday, April 22 from 3 to 5 p.m.
